Did you know it takes your brain only 30 seconds to wire into memory a negative experience, but two minutes to do the same for a positive experience?
Think about that, it takes your brain four times longer to claim the good stuff.
With this imbalance in mind, I'm offering a new weekly 30-minute group zoom class focused on challenging your brain's default setting for greater happiness and contentment. Designed like a yoga practice, I will lead you through a series of exercises in a supportive community to build and enhance your positive awareness muscles.
Interested? Curious about retraining your brain to hold onto more of the positive daily experiences you might not be fully appreciating in your life? Desiring to feel better about your life and yourself overall?
Text me at 510-274-1130 three potential day/time windows in your weekly schedule where you are available to participate and I'll get back to you about scheduling the initial $25 group session. For those needing more information, please send me your questions or check out the below FAQs.
Looking forward to hearing from you

We'll engage in experiential exercises to help you deepen your connection to your positive experiences: What recently made you smile? What's something that makes you feel proud of yourself? By focusing on your positive moments, you'll:
* Appreciate what's already great in your life and about yourself

* Heighten your awareness of positive moments in real-time
